I'm Monique the Founder and CEO of Guidance 2 Greatness (G2G), a nonprofit organization committed to empowering individuals reentering society after incarceration. With a strong focus on behavioral health, G2G provides comprehensive preparatory training, essential services, and critical resources that promote successful reintegration and long-term community sustainability.

Our Training Program
Guidance 2 Greatness (G2G) is a non-profit organization that enacts a behavioral health approach to reentry training. We provide services and resources to persons reentering into society following incarceration. G2G is peer founded and operated by persons with some of the same life experiences. G2Gs area of service and focus can include, but are not limited to the following opportunities:
• Job Development
• Work Place101
• Financial Literacy
• Health & Engagement
• Econiomic Sustainability
• Felony Rights
• Beyond Reentry and Mentorship
The training for this curriculum is an incentive based program that is designed to support community sustainability. Thus reducing the return to incarceration within three years of release. G2G is a firm believer that most barriers of being involved in the criminal justice system can be conquered. We strongly believe that everyone deserves a chance to return to, and be a productive member of society. The G2G behavioral health training program encompasses a guide to overcoming the criminal justice system and its aftermath!
